2.1 Age Eligibility

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, using the same IP address or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

At registration, users must provide their correct full name, date of birth, mobile number and active email address. If any details change in the future, nogo 88's support team must be informed as soon as possible. The user is solely responsible for any loss resulting from incorrect or false information provided.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

nogo 88 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A national ID card, passport or other government-issued document may be requested for this purpose. Withdrawal requests may be put on hold if the required documents are not provided.

4.1 Deposits

New members of nogo 88 can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,500, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; the wagering requirement in this case would be ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000.

To withdraw any winnings from a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. That is, the total wagering requirement must be met before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within the specified time limit.
• While one bonus is active, no other bonus can be claimed.
• If any attempt is made to abuse a bonus offer through fraud, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Cashback

Regular players have access to four VIP levels: Bronze (up to 0.4% cashback per week), Silver (up to 0.8%), Gold (up to 1.1%) and Platinum (up to 1.5%). Cashback is applied at the applicable rate on weekly net losses. Example: a Gold level member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 receives ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 cashback.

6.1 General Betting Rules

The rules applicable to sports betting, casino games, live casino and other gaming activities on nogo 88 are applied on a game-by-game basis. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

If a bet is left incomplete due to a technical error or network issue, nogo 88's decision on that bet shall be final.

6.2 Sports Betting

Odds on cricket, football and other sports are subject to live changes. Bets will be settled at the odds applicable at the moment the bet is confirmed. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with nogo 88's standard rules.

6.3 Game Results and Disputes

Game results are determined automatically by the software. If there is a dispute over a result, a complaint must be raised with the support team within 48 hours. A final decision will be made after reviewing the relevant game logs.

Users may also request closure of their own account at any time. Any verified withdrawable balance will be returned before the account is closed, though bonus-related funds will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
